MANDY MADSEN

I approach painting as a sacred time to create and connect with God. My style is loose and expressive, and my hope is that you feel the passion and emotion poured into each piece.

My faith is the most important part of my life, and being able to commune with God while creating—and to glorify Him through my work—is deeply fulfilling. It feels like exactly what I am meant to be doing. The therapeutic nature of art, combined with the spiritual connection to my Creator, draws me back to my easel day after day.

I began painting the sky in 2021 after losing a close friend to suicide. The sky became a place of hope for me—emotional, creative, and ever-changing, yet always present. It reminds me to be thankful for each day, even the hardest ones.

My hope is that as you view my work, you see God’s beauty and presence, and know how grateful I am to share it with you.
